The Spanish Grant Beach Civic Association is dedicated to setting regulations and policies to maintain a consistently safe and enjoyable community. We coordinate with the City of Galveston for all services and public works and ensure the maintenance and improvement of the amenities of Spanish Grant Beach.

 

Our mission is to create a welcoming and secure environment for all residents and visitors, emphasizing accessibility and an approachable style. Our overall aim is to preserve a family- friendly community with timeless quality of life, safety for all homeowners, including permanent residents, part-time residents and investors and their guests. With the cooperation of all homeowners, we strive to make this shared vision a reality for a safe, enjoyable community.

The Spanish Grant Civic Association's Board of Directors consists of five members and standing committees as needed. Currently, there is an Architectural Control Committee and a Special Projects Committee. Board meetings are open to the public.

The Spanish Grant Beach Civic Association is a separate entity from Spanish Grant on the Bay. We have our own board, committees, deed restrictions, and bylaws.
