The annual meeting was held Saturday, April 25, in the subdivision at 12632 West Ventura.

 

Business conducted included city staff updates by Kyle Clark, Officer Sean Migues, and Councilmember Marie Robb. The year end 2025 financial statement was approved, and the 2026 budget was approved. The budget approval included funds for Extreme Seaweed Removal Application, holiday security, entry landscaping and maintenance, and miscellaneous administrative expenses. Board members perform tasks without compensation in a volunteer role.

The nominating committee chair reported the current board members were the sole applicants and nominees for board membership. Carolyn Bilski, Teddi Wilson, Peggy Zahler, Monte Vincent, and Sandra Haire were voted for approval by acclamation.
 

General discussion was held regarding beach sand grant possibilities. Meeting adjourned.
